Venue of the week: Expotel Collection’s Wembley Stadium

The Bobby Moore Room: one of many spectacular events spaces in the complex
Imposing, visually stunning and groundbreaking, there’s little question that Wembley Stadium – one of the latest venues to join the new Expotel Collection – is one of Britain’s most exciting sporting venues.
With a roof-covered seating capacity of 90,000 – a figure unbeaten by any other venue in the world – the stadium’s distinctive arch also holds the record for being the world’s longest unsupported roof structure.
As the largest banqueting space in London, Wembley Stadium is at the heart of the capital’s special events and corporate entertainment. Its facilities can play host to a full spectrum of special events, including banquets and gala dinners, conferences and meetings, awards and graduation ceremonies, corporate receptions, exhibitions and weddings.
Wembley Stadium offers an extensive choice of menus; however, our executive chef can also work on creations tailored to your specific needs.
The prestigious complex offers a range of fabulous venues, from the Bobby Moore Room (above), Great Hall and Atrium for large events, to the Wembley Suite, Arc and The Venue for a more intimate setting. There are also two fabulous pitch-view rooms and corporate boxes for smaller meetings and syndicate space. The Stadium can cater for 10 to 2,000 diners, conferences seating 170 to 1,800 delegates and cocktail parties for up to 3,250 guests.
