QHotels Aldwark Manor has received extensive upgrades

QHotels and etc venues scoop VenueVerdict Brand Awards

Two Expotel partners have triumphed at the BDRC Continental’s VenueVerdict Awards, determined by nearly 24,000 customer feedback surveys across 350 UK venues.

etc.venues scooped No.1 brand award for mid-sized venues, and QHotels, which has 21 properties in its portfolio, was crowned best large conference hotel group in the UK.

Michael Purtill, QHotels Managing Director, says:

“We use all the customer feedback from VenueVerdict to make improvements to our conference service delivery  such as the introduction of free WiFi earlier this year, and we’re very proud to see that our hard work and commitment has led to improved scores, resulting in this award.”

As well as venue groups, VenueVerdict honours the individual properties that deliver consistently exceptional customer service by awarding Gold Standard Accreditations every calendar quarter. 

'Naming groups as ‘No.1 Brand’ based on their size recognises the varying operational challenges faced by large and small groups striving to deliver consistent customer service,' explains James Bland, Senior Client Services Manager at BDRC Continental. 

'Larger, geographically-diverse venue groups have long deserved recognition for their overall performance, and the addition of several key brands to the programme this year has allowed such recognition to have meaning.'

The integrity of the awards is paramount for their credibility, and with just the top five per cent of participating venues reaching the Gold Standard, it represents a true hallmark of quality.
