Hilton unveils latest Liverpool property

Hilton Worldwide, Hilton Hotels, Hilton Liverpool, Liverpool hotels, Liverpool One

Hilton Worldwide has unveiled its latest UK hotel – the four-star Hilton Liverpool. Based within the Liverpool One retail complex overlooking Albert Docks, this is the group’s second opening in the city this year.

The 215-bedroom hotel features 12 suites, a seventh-floor executive lounge, business centre, gym and Wi-Fi access throughout. For meetings there are eight function rooms, plus the Grace Suite ballroom, which caters for up to 400 delegates. There are also plans to add a spa in the near future.

Speaking at the opening, Hilton’s area president for Europe Simon Vincent said: “It’s been a bit like buses – we’ve waited 46 years to have a Hilton property in the city, and then within the space of a few months we’ve opened a Hampton by Hilton at the airport, and we have another central Hampton hotel opening in April.”

The Hilton Liverpool is the group’s first core-brand property in the city.
