Our rates negotiation team is dedicated to reviewing hotel usage and travel patterns in order to ensure best value. Our sales team is passionate about financial accountability and provides clients with spend analysis and reports on non-compliance with your travel policy.
We understand the administration involved in managing hotel and travel expenses in all organizations and how difficult controlling these expenses can be. Our Billback service eases the burden by handling, verifying and consolidating all the individual invoices for you, and then passing on a single consolidated invoice to you.
But we don’t stop there. In order to be 100 per cent sure we’re offering you the best possible service we have a customer care department that exists solely to respond to client queries, comments and the small numbers of complaints we receive.
