Terms and Conditions for Cover Prize
- The prize will consist of one pair of Virgin Atlantic Economy round trip tickets to Dubai for the named prize-winner and his/her companion for travel up to and including 24 June 2008. Your return journey must be completed by this date.
- Travel is not permitted between the following dates: 11 December 2007 – 9 January 2008 and 15 March 2008 – 4 April 2008. All flights are subject to availability and capacity control: Popular dates (i.e. weekends, school and public holidays) will fill quickly and Virgin Atlantic cannot guarantee availability on some dates. Availability for use of Prize Tickets is limited for each flight. Some flights may already be booked and consequently have no seats available for this promotion.

- This promotion is open to all residents of the UK, aged 18 or over, except for employees of the Virgin Group, or any companies or agencies directly connected with the creation of and administration of this promotion or their families, including Expotel and their suppliers.
- The Prize Winner must travel on the same flight and on the same date as their companion.
- The Prize Tickets are only valid for flights on routes operated by Virgin Atlantic and are non-transferable to any other airline, including any of Virgin Atlantic's codeshare partners and have no cash value.
- Prize Tickets are valid for flights originating from the UK only.
- The prize excludes transfers to and from the departure and arrival airports.
- The Prize Winner will be notified by Expotel by written notification, which will confirm details of how to book the prize flights and booking conditions.
- No Virgin Atlantic Flying Club miles will be awarded for travel under this promotion.
- The Prize Winner and their companion will be entirely responsible for their own accommodation, visa, passport and insurance requirements.
- The Prize Winner and their companion will abide by and be subject to Virgin Atlantic's published Conditions of Carriage, which are available from any Virgin Atlantic office. Virgin Atlantic flight schedules are subject to change without notice.
- Flights can only be booked by contacting Virgin Atlantic in the UK. All flights offered will be on a confirmed basis.
- The prize is non-transferable to another family member or any other named person and cannot be sold, bartered or substituted for any other prize.
- In event of an infringement of these Terms & Conditions or Virgin Atlantic's Conditions of Carriage by the Prize Winner or their companion, Virgin Atlantic reserves the right to withdraw these prize tickets or any further tickets.
- Once a booking has been confirmed, no changes are permitted. If a booking is cancelled, no alternative tickets will be issued and the tickets for that calendar year will be deemed to have been used. For the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.
- The Prize Tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or promotional fare mounted by Virgin Atlantic or any third party.
- The Prize Winner accepts the prize at their own risk.
- No purchase necessary.
- By entering this competition you agree that your name will be published as a winner in a future edition of Dial.
- All competition entries must be received by Expotel by 15 February 2008.
