Expotel software helps clients utilise internal meeting space

Expotel has launched an internal meeting room management system which will help clients utilise their own meetings space before booking external rooms at hotels or venues. The package aims to save customers time and money.
The Meeting Room Management System is user-friendly and similar to Microsoft Outlook.
Clients will use the technology to view availability and book rooms in any of their own premises through an online service or via an Expotel consultant. Should all rooms be in use, standard venue-searching services can be provided.
The company said the service was intended to complement existing audio and web-conferencing technology.
Mark Bevan, Head of Partner Services for Expotel says: ‘Agencies who want their clients to remain loyal to them must pursue new ways to help save on meeting costs and the typical client could find that they can hold up to 30% of their get-togethers internally.‘
