New Jurys Inn Aberdeen leads Union Square’s regeneration plans
The highly anticipated Jurys Inn Aberdeen hotel was launched in early September, the first business to open its doors as part of the Union Square regeneration programme.
The 203-bedroom, eight storey hotel is integrated with Hammerson’s £275 million Union Square Development, the newest and largest retail and leisure complex in Scotland. Only moments from the train and bus station, and a three minute walk from the harbour and ferry terminal, Jurys Inn Aberdeen is the first new build hotel the city has seen in 13 years.
This is the third hotel Jurys Inns has opened in Scotland, this will increase next year when another Jurys Inn opens in Glasgow in 2010. This year, Jurys Inns Glasgow was voted Best Budget Hotel in Scotland and Scottish Eco Hotel of the Year.
