Thistle’s new Let’s Meet meeting and events proposition

Thistle has introduced its revised meeting and events proposition, Let’s Meet, offering a back-to-basics approach of simplicity and value for money as a result of guest feedback.
The Let’s Meet offering also reinforces Thistle’s flexible approach to meetings and events. Not only is there a huge range of meeting rooms at venues across the UK to chose from, but staff are trained to manage bookers’ and delegates’ requirements on a case-by-case basis.
The hotel group’s combined commitment to simplicity and flexibility makes Let’s Meet a proposition which ensures meetings and events can be both inspiring and easy.
Managing director of Thistle Hotels and Guoman Hotels Heiko Figge said: “It is apparent from guests’ opinions that there is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to what clients want. By getting back to basics we are able to offer bookers and delegates bespoke packages that are tailored to suit their needs.
“2010 is set to be an exciting year for both brands. We need to continue to build on our great work in 2009 and recognise what our customers want from us in 2010.
“Thistle’s £100 million rebrand programme is well underway with over 1,100 bedrooms across the group refurbished, nine hotels reverting to their original names as a mark of their heritage and 40 meetings and events facilities renovated.”
