- Refurbishment of the Westminster Suite at Tortworth Court. A conference suite measuring an impressive 344 square metres
- Refurbishment of the College Hall at Oxford Thames Four Pillars Hotel. A Grade II listed building dating back to the 15th century which is home to 12 bedrooms named after Oxford colleges
- Opening of Eastwyke House at Oxford Spires Four Pillars Hotel. A newly restored 16th century property giving the hotel an additional 10 luxury bedrooms.
